Jennifer Arriaga offers her clients a turnkey approach to real estate with 25 years of experience in real estate, home building, and remodeling. In addition to finding the right home or property, Jennifer is able to paint a picture of its potential and determine whether it is a good investment. As her clients begin the construction process, she offers valuable feedback on land acquisition, home design, and construction.
The clients' best interests are always at the forefront of what Jennifer does. And with her exceptional service and attention to detail, she has earned a distinguished reputation and a high referral rate in Houston. Some of the areas she focuses her efforts in include Memorial, Spring Branch, Royal Oaks Country Club, Central West Houston, West University, East Downtown, and Rice/Museum District.
As a Director with Daniel Real Estate, Jennifer has a passion for helping other agents grow their business and understanding of real estate. Born and raised in Houston, Jennifer moved away for two years of college before returning to The University of Houston for her bachelor's in marketing. She began her career in Houston with an advertising agency that specialized in real estate. She soon started working for other builders and developers before launching her own company with her husband in 2000. Jennifer became a licensed real estate agent in 2006.
Weston grew up in the Heights and later moved to Katy where he graduated from Cinco Ranch High School. His next stop was Texas State University, where he joined the Sigma Nu fraternity and studied Business Management. Soon after, he returned home to Houston, he became a new father and welcomed his firstborn into the world. Together with dad Jarrod Daniel, the Daniel family began building Daniel Real Estate with the vision to continue serving people in their homes.
He graduated from the Allied School of Real Estate and specializes in residential property in the Houston Heights neighborhood.

Michelle Foteh is a native Houstonian. She grew up in Pearland where she also taught elementary school for several years. Michelle graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. While attending college she also worked in the Health and Fitness Industry which sparked an interest in helping others and pursuing her entrepreneurial spirit. Those two interests turned into a business when she became a GNC franchisee in 1997. This is also how she met her husband George, who founded a company that owns and operates different franchise brands,GNC being one of them. Along with that he also formed a company that deals with real estate acquisitions and development ranging from retail, multi-family and single-family. The couple has a 17 year old daughter named McKenna. McKenna attends Episcopal High School and is on the Varsity Tennis team. Michelle is very active with various volunteer opportunities including: the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), WHAM, the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation, and several volunteer positions at Episcopal High School. Outside of work Michelle enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Michelle is very familiar with multiple areas of the greater Houston Area including: Katy ,Memorial, Bellaire, Pearland, and Royal Oaks. Michelle and her family have been long time residence in Royal Oaks and have had the opportunity to really see the neighborhood grow.
Angela was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she graduated from Second Baptist High School. She then attended University of Houston where she joined Zeta Tau Alpha and graduated with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Throughout her years of college, Angela decided to pursue her goals of becoming a real estate agent. Shortly after graduating from UH she obtained her real estate license from Champions School of Real Estate. She has a strong foundation in real estate as she grew up assisting her father manage and grow his own properties and business. Angela takes pride in her steadfast commitment and dedication to her career, ensuring top notch service to every client she works with. As Co-Founder, Denise brings expertise, professionalism, and commitment to every transaction, regardless of its size. Denise is passionate about her career and says, “I am 100% committed to my clients.” She finds real estate to be demanding, rewarding, and fun! Denise was born and raised in Dayton Texas, and currently resides in Bunker Hill Village, Memorial. She attended Sam Houston State University and the Houston Actors Theatre. Denise is a natural-born salesperson that is committed to making her client’s real estate dreams come true. She and her husband Jarrod owned The Daniel Group, a staffing and recruiting company, for many years. Their company was named the number one Staffing Company in Houston, by the Houston Business Journal before its sale in October of 2021. “Serving Houstonians, by enhancing their careers has been a pleasure, and now continuing to enhance lives as they find a new home is rewarding beyond compare”.
Before starting Daniel Real Estate, Denise worked with John Daughtery Realtors and RE/MAX Allstars, after becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2008. Denise specializes in Houston's most exclusive neighborhoods, selling luxury listings including Memorial, River Oaks, Tanglewood, and the Heights. In addition, Denise has partnered in multi-million dollar projects within the Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills, California markets. She believes transparency is the cornerstone of her work ethic and has a drive for negotiating on her client's behalf. Denise has held positions as a professional mediator and as such has experience in finding fair and just results for all parties. This area of expertise is something she parlays into her real estate profession in every negotiation.
Denise says, “My goal in opening a standalone real estate office in Houston is to take other real estate professionals, especially new and/or younger real estate professionals under my wings to help them succeed like I have.”
We were at wits end as to how to get our house sold. We needed direction of what work to do, and what NOT to do. Jennifer managed it all! The house had been listed for so long with hardly a showing with another realtor. We needed a win and Jen got it for us. She got us several offers and contracted right away.
